1. What is Fleet Management System?
Fleet Management System (FMS) is Safari’s way of ensuring that our vehicles are always properly registered, and in safe and reliable condition through regular vehicle maintenance and repairs when needed. We also prepare vehicles to be ready or on stand-by for any emergencies. As our Quality Management System is certified by TÜV SÜD PSB Philippines Inc. according to ISO 9001, we strive to ensure that all our processes are consistent and industry-standard.
2. What are Long and Short-Term Leases?
Long-Term Lease – Vehicle leases that are at least 1 year or more. Short-Term Lease – Vehicle leases that are for daily use, or for a week or more.
3. What does 24/7 service, nationwide coverage mean?
When you lease with Safari, we are ready to address your questions or concerns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – whether it maybe due to pick-up problems, an emergency, maintenance concerns, vehicles that need replacing, billing concerns, etc. So you can be where you need to be.
